Payment Information

Payments for products and shipping may be made using a credit or debit card through Shopify Payments, which processes all transactions securely. The timing of payment is a crucial component of this agreement, and full payment must be made prior to delivery. Orders won't be shipped or released until the money has been successfully received and cleared.

The supplier retains the right to immediately terminate the agreement if payment obligations are not fulfilled. Payment approval may be delayed by up to 48 hours if further credit or fraud verification is needed.

You must give us written notice if you disagree with these terms of payment. The order will be canceled upon confirmation, and any money paid will be fully reimbursed.

Unless a legitimate court order specifies otherwise, payments must be made in full and without deductions.

With a 40% deposit, customers can reserve materials for up to 60 days. Regardless of whether the material is in stock or specially ordered, this deposit creates a legally binding agreement and is non-refundable. On the scheduled delivery date, the remaining amount must be paid in full.
